Unique opportunity to join a highly successful company selling complimentary health products. The company founder is now seeking a right hand man to assist him with the many duties he is currently carrying out himself in order to free up his time to source and develop new products and take them to market. The focus of the role will be B2B sales, account management of existing major retailers including Boot’s and supply chain management. Responsibilities: Business Development: - Implement and deliver strategy to win new retail accounts. -Account Manage existing clients including Boots and Lloyds -Attend Trade Shows and exhibitions Operations: - Manage stock control (forecast, ordering, dealing with returns and managing refurbishments) - Manage the outsourced call centre and fulfilment house: - Ongoing analysis of calls (query vs. order) and improving conversions - Manage them as a service provider - Analyse sales and total fulfilment operations The Business Manager will be an all round trouble-shooter: someone who can be faced with a challenge or issue in any part of the business, assess the situation and implement the appropriate solution.
