Our client, a financial services provider is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join their IT and Projects department. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, you will provide detailed business analysis for a range of technical and business led projects to improve business/systems processes to fully support my client’s business mission. The successful Business Analyst’s duties will include, but will not be limited to: •Close liaison closely with internal clients •Developing an understanding of user issues and map AS-IS business processes •Capturing user requirements and document in an easily understandable format •Organising and facilitating workshops (for gathering requirements) •Identifying and communicating solutions to end-users assessing for technical/business suitability •Creating proposals and supporting documentation for projects/solutions •Providing high-level estimates for work •Overseeing the implementation of new features/processes/solutions for small pieces of work •Create user documentation for new features / processes /solutions •Provide demonstrations to end-users of new functionality The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills with an analytical approach to work. The successful candidate will be confident with the full project lifecycle with the ability to prepare business requirement documentation. You will have sound IT skills (including MS Visio) and be a team player. In return our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
