This is a full time permanent role 08.30-17.00, based within a small UK Head Office of a Global Pharmaceutical company. The role of Business Administrator would involve a mixture of Executive Assistant/Marketing/Finance and some general office duties:

  • Assisting with business travel/Calendar Management
  • Monthly expenses
  • Manage storage, transportation, setup and breakdown of events
  • Creating PO's and processing invoices for payment 
  • Managing vendors to ensure office runs smoothly and negotiate annual contracts
