Our market leading client based in Wokingham, Berkshire is looking to recruit a Billings & Collections Analyst to work alongside their busy finance and administration teams. Working from their Head Office, you will be supporting sites throughout the UK in relation to monthly billings, payments and collections. This role requires an accurate and detailed approach whilst also needing a customer service focused approach. This specific team ensures that all service users direct debit payments are processed and managed effectively. You will also need to liaise at all levels both internally and externally, so will have to have superb written and spoken communication skills. Ideally you will be looking to build a career in a finance-orientated department. This role can offer progression within their business so is suited towards someone looking to provide long-term commitment to their next employer. Candidates with exposure to working within a billings / collections team previously would be ideal although all backgrounds will be considered. Industry experience within Telecoms, Utilities, Financial Services and Insurance are again preferred although not essential.
