Our client is a dynamic IT company in Reading who have grown 30-40% in the past 12 months alone in Europe. To continue this ongoing expansion program, they are looking to hire 1-2 Recruitment Resourcers to join their team. These will be working within a defined geographical territory so will need to speak business level English plus at least one of the following languages fluently: - Dutch, French, German or Russian This role will ideally suit someone who has worked within a target-driven environment (telemarketing, fast paced administration role etc....) and who can demonstrate a desire to succeed at whatever they are tasked with. Working within a corporate environment, all applicants will have a professional attitude and will show the ability to communicate across all levels, from junior candidates through to VP's within corporate organisations. Starting on an initial temporary contract, this role should convert to a permanent one within a definite period of time provided the applicant has demonstrated success within their period of temporary employment. Working within a team of consultants, you will be tasked to attract and create a pipeline of suitable candidates for specific current and future hires. Utilising a wide variety of recruitment methods, you will ideally be used to utilising social / business networking tools as this method is used to attract passive job seekers on an ongoing basis. Based in Reading, they are a busy team, with personality being key. This client easily commutable by car and train from locations such as Reading, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead, West London, Bracknell, Ascot and Newbury.
