Audio typist / Administrator
Facilities management provider is looking to hire an Audio typist / Administrator to join their evolving team with the immediate effect. We are seeking an individual who is an experienced administrator in audio typing and wants to progress within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Ability to take transcriptions from audio tapes
- Managing any queries, repairs and maintenance issues
- Solving any issues and problems between the residents and tenants in the most professional way
- Making sure that all insurance claims are handled promptly
- Maintaining health and safety reports
- Issuing notices and correspondence for major works
- Managing the process of routine repairs
- Managing cleaners, gardeners, window cleaners, etc.
- Supporting the Facilities Manager; making sure all building services are maintained
- Managing the schedule for the building services and inspections deadlines
- Making sure all documents regards all estates are up to date
- Creating correspondence: letters to Directors and Residents regards budget information; meeting minutes; newsletters
- Having an excellent relationship with Residents, Directors and Contractors
Skills and knowledge:
- Experience in audio typing
- Previous experience in facilities management (ideally)
- Strong computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
