Our client, an educational establishment based in the Windsor area, is looking for an Assistant Registrar on a contract basis. Based in the main office in Windsor, you would be responsible for a supporting the Registrar as necessary. Main duties would include processing student’s registration papers and the associated invoices, process visa applications as required and chasing all outstanding registration information to ensure that all records are kept up to date. You will also assist with a variety of general office tasks such as mail distribution, dealing with queries from external clients and suppliers and helping with travel arrangements. This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills. It would keep graduate calibre candidates, looking for summer work, on their toes and challenge them on a daily basis to meet deadlines.
