Our client is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager with strong leadership and management skills, to impact the development of their business in the London and Home Counties area. The company specialise in design within the interior/ refurbishment industry. They require an ambitious and driven individual with a solid sales background, combined with an ability to develop pipelines and close leads. This position will be focused on identifying and generating new business opportunities within the construction industry, nurturing company relationships, negotiating pricing and contractual terms. Experience and proven business development skills are essential for this role, and the successful candidate must be motivated by results. The successful candidate will be comfortable working at a senior executive level, and will possess a high level of sales and influencing skills. It is also essential that candidates have a proven record of ability to sell a wide range of products/services at a high level, as well as ability to sell to multiple levels of business contacts up to and including Board level contacts.
