Day to day responsibilities
- Working with customers/colleagues to find effective solutions
- Provision of an exceptional first and second line support service
- Updating and publishing documents on support topics for internal staff
- Providing support to external customers
- Dealing with internal software and hardware support across software, hardware and telephony
- Creating user accounts and dealing with password issues
What you need to apply
- Strong communication and analytical skills to be able to understand and explain technical issues to customers and get relevant information from the customer to solve the problem
- A commitment to providing high quality customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Advanced knowledge and current experience in MS Project Server/Online, SharePoint Server/SharePoint Online, Project Professional and MS Office365
- Microsoft Azure
- Excellent knowledge and experience of Windows and networking as well as MS SQL Server and MS Dynamics 365
- Active Directory and security administration
