This is a great opportunity to join one of New Yorks' fast growing marketing software companies, as they expand globally and work with FTSE 100 companies. As the Application Specialist you will bring you knowledge and passion for technical development and support, to maximise our client's platform integration.

This role works closely with the CTO, Support Desk Manager and international support team. You will support the global team as the business continues to grow. You will be passionate about technology, highly analytical, and well versed in modern marketing trends and passionate about Marketing technology.

Key responsibilities:

- You will be the technical expert on CRM, providing expertise on best practice technical support

- Support the Sales team in liaising with existing and prospective clients, regarding security and technical questions

- Work closely with the Projects team, as they roll out new CRM integration platforms, assisting on troubleshooting

- Evaluate clients CRM integration, help test their roll-outs and advise on performance tuning and data limits

- Optimise email engagement, and troubleshoot on email deliverability issues, reporting on bounce rates

- Deploy and support on the company's new SaaS platform, configuring on best practice

- Set up client domains and SSL certificates, register domain names and DNS records

- Manage and install SSL certificates in Windows IIS environments

Experience required:

- Excellent knowledge of Lexis NexisInterAction

- Technical experience in professional services CRM

- Security and Connectivity i.e. firewall, authentication, VPN

- Web services including RESTful and testing experience

- Knowledge of email deliverability

- Domains and DNS records management

- IIS and windows servers

- Web development understanding

Tools necessary:

- Lexis NexisInterAction

- Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics (BDP flavours)

- SAP Cloud for Customer

- Domains A,PTR, MX, SPF

- SAP Cloud for consumer
