Our client, a consumer electronics business based in Berkshire is currently recruiting for an After Service Assistant Manager to join their team based in Reading on a permanent basis. As a key member of the customer service function the successful candidate will combine their experience in engineering white goods and management and will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager with analysing faults and trends, reviewing the use of spares and trends relating to service. Through analysis of faults you will develop systems to look at fault costs and trends and analyse and report data as a result of cost saving initiatives. You will be analytical and be able to work with the Commercial Manager to ensure the business is delivering a high class of service to its customer in the most efficient way possible. The successful candidate will be confident generating reports using IT/databases , you will be an well organised and have a methodical approach to working. You will have strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP will be seen as advantageous, however not essential.
