Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for an Administrative Co-ordinator to join their team in Cambridge.

This is a great opportunity to work for a pharmaceutical company who have created a centre of excellence and constantly focus on driving innovation and using cutting edge techniques in their science.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing reports and paperwork including supporting the team with technical submissions
  • Overseeing diary management
  • Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and presentations
  • Liaise with other departments and outside vendors when required

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience within a global organisation
  • Excellent diary management skills and MS Office knowledge
  • Ideally, great understanding of SharePoint and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
