Our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Marlow, are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist their European Business Development Team. This can be one full-time role or two part-time roles. The ideal candidate will have an administrative background and will be supporting the Business Development team by maintaining diaries and arranging travel and accommodation. You will also be a main point of contact for clients, especially when the team are traveling and will co-ordinate all internal and external client meetings. This is an all-round administration support role including co-ordinating exhibition and conference attendances, ensuring marketing literature is available for clients and following up post-conference leads. Proficiency in MS Office is essential as you will be assisting in preparing client presentations and proposals and processing expenses.
