Our client, a charity based in the Wokingham area is seeking an Administration Manager to manage and oversee the day to day running of a small office. The successful candidate will manage the office based staff, including performance timesheets/wages and assist with the recruitment of new staff and volunteers. You will be tasked with reception duties and deal with administration tasks to ensure smooth running of the office. In addition you will attend management committee meetings and take minutes, as well as organise annual general meetings from arranging the venue and refreshments to putting together meeting materials. You will provide assistance with the production of newsletters and work closely with the Bookkeeper to ensure financial reports are prepared and submitted accordingly.
