An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised individual to join a fast-paced team working within a property sales and letting company. This is a full time ongoing temporary role, offering a salary of between £10 - £11 per hour. You will be responsible for the administrative duties of both Sales and Letting areas, so you will be confident working within a busy, fast paced environment. You will also have additional responsibilities on the Lettings side of things, being responsible for the arrangement of viewings and for ensuring that the general maintenance and utilities of all rental properties are being maintained. You also will chase any outstanding bills with regards to this. Additionally, you will also have a good general IT knowledge, as you will be the main point of contact for the company’s tech support. The ideal candidate will have a polite and professional manner and will preferably have prior experience of delivering strong customer service over the telephone. Previous administrative experience will also been seen as advantageous.
