The Opportunity Developing and delivering the marketing strategy for some of the main events put on by the company, you’ll be working to a fixed budget towards hitting attendance targets. You’ll be monitoring and reporting on the marketing campaigns to better develop the future campaigns, all while recruiting for and managing the promotions team. While booking all of the promotional events, you’ll be considering the feedback from previous events, and acquisition targets. Managing all event logistics, including deliveries and promotion team itineraries, you’ll manage the promotional event spend including fair booking, expenses, and helper payment to ensure maximum return from the allocated budget. Key Responsibilities • Research and development of branding opportunities • Managing the partnerships with other similar-audience facing organisations and all obligations to sponsors • Booking of merchandise for events, including bags and publications • Working alongside the Marketing Manager to devise and deliver the marketing strategy for the TARGETcourses Candidate Profile Target driven, with a strong desire to meet not only personal but team targets, you’ll be conscious of all team members and ready to offer support when needed. Able to improve working practices, you’ll be a confident and persuasive communicator able to present the products and company. Hardworking, showing responsibility and initiative, you’ll be able to provide detailed reports to demonstrate KPIs with basic analysis.
