Our client, a friendly family run business based in Reading is looking to recruit an Accounts Coordinator to join their team permanently on a full time or part-time basis. The successful candidate will be a reliable and hard-working individual with previous experience of using Sage as you will be updating the clients database with new customer/supplier details when changes occur, entering incoming payments, maintaining customer credit limit records and setting up approved new accounts all using this software. Experience of dealing with invoices, Outlook, banking, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, petty cash and general bookkeeping will also all be beneficial. You will be required to chase up payments of unpaid invoices and contact/pursue slow payers for urgent settlement, alongside requesting and providing copy invoices and POD’s where necessary and ensuring everything is correct with any incoming invoices,statements, deliveries and payments. Based in Reading (Berkshire), this role and is commutable from locations such as Bracknell, Camberley, Windsor, Wokingham, Basingstoke, Twyford, Maidenhead and Slough.
