Our client, based in Maidenhead is currently recruiting for an Accounts & Administration Clerk due to an internal promotion. The successful candidate will work as part of a small accounts team and be responsible for various accounting duties and administrative tasks. Duties will include, but will not be limited to: •Processing purchase orders •Processing invoices •Statement and bank reconciliations •Maintaining cash book •Resolving account queries with suppliers The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging travel for the department, ordering stationary supplies and filing along with health and safety reporting. You will have sound IT skills, be a team player, but work equally well on your own initiative. In return our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
