Our client, a market-leading company based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire are currently recruiting for an Account/Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be required to work mainly with existing clients in the maintenance and expansion of their online recruitment systems alongside developing new business opportunities. Your key responsibilities will incorporate account and project management, involving regular client contact regarding any requirements or future planning and sales of upgrades and developments whilst working to agreed targets. This will all be liaised with the technical development team and you may be asked to conduct interrogation of a SQL database for the purposes of creating reports, updating records and simple amendments of ASP pages. The successful candidate will work well in a team with great technical account and time management. You will also need good business analytical skills and experience in a commercial environment. Backgrounds in web/hosted database solutions, software sales, project management and system testing and training will also be highly beneficial. Based in Wallingford this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Oxford, Abingdon, Wantage, Goring and Pangbourne. There will be some travel with this role.
