They are now seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join their pioneering and entrepreneurial team based in the UK to focus on developing and managing business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Fully supported by the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be maximising revenue from new and existing clients. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: - Lead generation and qualification - Recruiting channel partners - Managing and selling products into existing accounts - Pitching to prospective clients/partners - Travel to Germany for client meetings - Assist with management of the outsourced call centre in Germany - Monitoring, training and mentoring Call Centre staff The ideal candidate for this role will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.Fluency in German to native level is essential for this role. You will be results driven and motivated by targets with demonstrable account management skills. With a strong sales background you will also be hard working and self motivated with a real passion for sales. You will need to be able to build relationships quickly and open doors for yourself.
