As Account Manager you will be responsible for the preparation, management and reporting of marketing projects ensuring that customer expectation are met and that repeat business can be achieved. You will be managing the implementation and setting up processes for a new project/ campaign from start to end to ensure all documentation is kept up to date. It will be required of you to monitor and track delivery utilisation to assist with the billing process as well as being first point of contact for the customer and ensure the motivation of the team so that they meet and exceed all targets. You will be proactive in the suggestion of recommended solutions to the Account Director with ways n which existing campaigns could be improved. To be considered for this role you must have strong campaign management experience and have worked on behalf of large companies preferably in an agency environment. You will be comfortable and experienced working on C level decision making campaigns. It is essential that you have strong client management skills with the ability to demonstrate a proactive consultative approach to delivery service through the setting of the client’s expectations. Strong personal management skills with the capability to prioritise multitask and work to deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all work produced.
