The Opportunity Developing and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and communicating them to the management team, you will take on responsibility for the entire sales cycle. Identifying and sourcing new business leads, developing new relationships, setting up appointments, making initial sales calls, and meeting and closing deals you will also work to cross sell to other parts of the company’s portfolio. This is a proactive role, and it is essential that you are quick to respond to new business targets. Key Responsibilities • Identifying and sourcing new business leads • Creating meetings and closing deals • Cross-selling • Creation and development of pipeline The Candidate In this role you will be engaging with a diverse range of customers so you must be a great communicator and confident sales individual. You will be expected to achieve forecasted revenues for existing clients and aim to increase revenue. To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated, driven and determined individual who is target focused and has the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. You must be willing to travel in the UK and Ireland so a full clean driving licence is a must have. Skills in MS office and email would also be required. You will need a minimum of 2 years sales experience in a role which includes the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Evidence of building relationships at all levels especially with large organisations and high value clients is essential. This role can offer a near-immediate start to the right individual.
