An exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join an emerging tech company in London.

A key member of the Operations team, you will ensure the retention of key clients through engaging with them to drive value and optimisation of success through their purchased products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and oversee relationships with assigned clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Establish strategic relationships with clients to drive continued support
  • Develop customer success strategies which will include supporting the creation of content with the help of the creative team
  • Liaise with other teams to better understand customer needs and maximise revenue

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • SaaS knowledge
  • Process-oriented and analytical individual with strong time management skills
  • A proactive approach and a fast learner with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
