Our client is a boutique marketing agency, with offices near Beaconsfield. They are now loooking to fill the role of Account Manager (Senior Research Executive). As Account Manager, you will be liaising with existing clients, developing questionnaires and briefings and eventually leading to the management of any given in-store activity. Further to that, working with internal analysts you will be developing reports and recommendations to be communicated back. On top of this, there are also bespoke research projects using a full range of interview research techniques. The job will suit someone who is computer literate, in particular a sound knowledge of Excel would be ideal, and other programmes such as Crystal Reports would be useful. The core of the job requires the development client strategy from research or interpreted action, so FMCG experience would be beneficial. Overall you will be able to prove that you can rapidly drive to the heart of the matter in understanding the issues, and able then to develop the right kind of approach that will either uncover the presence of issues, or demonstrate how they have been overcome. Ideally, you will be able to show success in a consultative role, and enthusiasm in your approach, and will be excellent at communicating internally and with clients directly. You will be looking to work with a small but dedicated team, while being happy to work without close supervision in challenging areas.
