Our client marketing and design agency based in the heart of Berkshire are now looking for an Account Director/Business Development. They are a full service-marketing agency with a continually growing portfolio. They have a small team and operate in a very fast moving environment. Their business has grown dramatically over the past 15 years by giving our customers a very high level of service and commitment. You: · Proven track record of developing and growing business, converting and also creating new sales leads. · Knowledge and background of the branding, design process, communications, print, web and multimedia, exhibitions and events. · Have extensive experience of pitching for work and the process involved · Are an excellent communicator and a real people person · Are individually creative, strategic, well organised, committed, with a “can do” attitude. · Ideally you have a design/marketing industry. · Used to managing high quality clients and used to dealing with high-level clients on a one to one basis, both verbal and written. · Have excellent PC skills and the knowledge of Quark express would be a bonus The company · Offer an excellent salary · Have a well-established, respected, profitable business · Have a large portfolio of top end retail and leisure clients · Have a dynamic working environment · Have excellent support staff For further details please apply through this website.
