Our client, based in the Wantage area is seeking an Account Director to join their team at their offices in the Wantage area. The successful candidate will report in to the Associate Director and be responsible for working with clients in the IT and services sectors. As Account Director your core responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: •Own day-to-day relationship with client, including marketing guidance & consultancy •Ensure the effective delivery of client programmes, to target, time and budget •Lead & develop team of SAM/AM/AE, including performance management, workload management •Develop excellent in-depth strategic understanding of clients’ objectives •Scope, estimate and develop plans to deliver demonstrable sales results and return on marketing investment The successful candidate will possess the ability to develop and deliver commercially successful marketing strategies and will be able to lead and motivate a team. You will also ideally demonstrate experience of meeting challenges presented by B2B marketing with complex sales cycle/proposition.
