The Opportunity As the Account Director for a well respected PR agency focusing on high profile accounts, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the account team and providing operational and strategic development of key accounts. Key Responsibilities Act as the senior point of contact on all client business Write senior in-depth newsworthy copy Generate new business from existing clients Coach and manage staff within your account team Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have an extensive background in consumer and trade PR and will have established themselves as an Account Director but is perhaps looking for a new challenge. Working on instantly recognisable companies within the FMCG sector you will currently be working on high profile accounts covering both trade and consumer PR. Covering a mix of traditional and online PR techniques your skills set will encompass strong communication and client relationship building as well as the core PR skills.
