Our client, a global pharmaceutical company with an innovative and exciting growth plan, are currently looking for a Senior Omnichannel Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Omnichannel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing digital marketing and merchandising strategies through various channels and tools to optimise exposure and reach company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of digital strategies
  • Optimising omnichannel digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and company objectives
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, utilising data-driven insights to make informed decisions
  • Customer journey development and monitoring digital effectiveness
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and providing innovative plans/campaign suggestions on implementation of relevant trends and new technologies


  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Previous digital marketing experience particularly within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Background in implementing digital solutions
  • 360 digital marketing experience
  • Scrum or Kanban methodology experience
