A global pharmaceutical company, based in Cambridge is currently looking for a Senior Associate Quality Assurance to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract.
As a Senior Associate Quality Assurance, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest quality standards across their UK and Ireland operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Distributional Practice (GDP) guidelines and handling product complaints with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and implementing the company's quality assurance policies and procedures related to Good Distributional Practice (GDP)
- Liaising with distribution site, logistics partners and wholesalers to ensure adherence to GDP guidelines as well as ensuring successful global shipping processes
- Investigating and handling product complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and distribution efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on Good Distributional Practice (GDP) compliance
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical distribution processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience in handling and resolving product complaints efficiently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality standards are met consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
