PA & Commercial Administrator



A fast paced organisation are currently looking for a PA & Commercial Administrator to support their Executive Leader and wider team on a permanent, full time basis. This company is based in a location commutable from Slough.

As a PA & Commercial Administrator, you will play a key part in the organisation, providing critical administrative support to the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with precision
  • Utilising your strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, create reports, and identify trends to support decision-making processes
  • Demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel, assisting with financial tasks, budget management, and other related functions
  • Handling all forms of communication on behalf of the senior level staff, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Accurately preparing, reviewing, and proofreading various documents, presentations, and reports


  • Proven experience as an outstanding administrator/personal assistant with a track record of supporting senior members of staff
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner
  • Advanced skills in Excel and proficiency in Sage is essential
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality
  •  Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle challenges with a positive attitude
