Refurbishment Project Manager

Uxbridge, UK



A leading global company are currently looking for a Refurbishment Project Manager to join their team near Uxbridge on a full time, 12 to 18 month FTC.

As you will be working between different locations, you will need to hold a valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Using your prior Office Refurbishment project management experience, you will be overseeing all aspects of the refurbishment process, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing office refurbishment projects for several sites
  • Coordinating supplier selection, budget and design process
  • Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
  • Conducting regular site visits and prepare reports for project status


  • Strong office refurbishment project management experience
  • Good IT skills particularly of Microsoft Project
  • Detail oriented individual with great time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to different sites within the area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
