Our client, a global pharmaceutical company with an innovative and exciting growth plan, are currently looking for an Office Manager to join their team in Uxbridge.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the UK Head Office. This role covers a broad remit of duties within facilities, Health & Safety and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be a capable and efficient administrator who is comfortable keeping departmental budgets updated, managing training courses and organising/scheduling departmental meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of all Front of House/Reception duties including managing incoming calls, emails and post
  • Assisting the wider team with administrative activities such as collating training materials and booking accommodation
  • Dealing with POs, supplier contracts and budget management as well as acting as point of contact for any invoice queries
  • Ensuring Health & Safety compliance throughout the site and provide training as needed
  • Managing all service providers
  • Proactively ordering stationery and refreshments as necessary

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a facilities/office manager particularly within a pharmaceutical setting
  • Strong administrative skills and background in managing suppliers and finance processes
  • Great Health & Safety legislation knowledge
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and SAP skills
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
