Loading Bay Operative

A global biotechnology company who are a market leader in their therapeutic area are looking for a Loading Bay Operative to join their team in Oxford on a full time, temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery and distribution of purchased goods such as chemicals and reagents to the facility
• Liaising with vendors over incorrect goods
• Collecting bio-hazard and recycling waste as necessary
• Inventory checks and restocking of goods as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a distribution/warehouse role with background in handling chemicals or dangerous goods
• Good MS Word skills
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
• Team player with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
