As a specialist in advanced analytics you will be looking for a role where you will focus on transforming analytics/data into insight and reports to drive strategy, decision making and greater data usage adoption within the business. 

An evangelist when it comes to using data effectively, you will be a translator between the data/business intelligence teams and the broader business to make sure data collection, interpretation and data projects are streamlined, effective and provide real time information to sales and commercial teams to improve decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key liaison/product owner between data teams and commercial teams
  • Support and guide on local data collection and best practice
  • Share data insight to the business and make sure that the local business
  • Conduct data analyses on new insight topics such as customer experience, campaigns, project priorities
  • Creating new models, defining and delivery platform KPIs and performance metrics

Key Requirements:

  • Degree educated in Business Informatics/Analytics, Information Design or Technology Management
  • Analytics experience ideally within a biotech/pharmaceutical sector/technology/data driven business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will have the capacity to explain complex data and scenarios/projects to both technical and commercial stakeholders within the business
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Agile project management experience
  • Knowledge of Python and/or R advantageous
