Project Manager

A technology intelligence firm based in Reading is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Salary of £50-55K + Bonus.

Working within a consulting environment where you’ll be managing global projects for IT vendors which are focused on developing strategies with vendor partners.

These are non-technical/IT projects so candidates with a background in IT project management are not ideally suited to the role. Project management qualifications such as Prince2 are highly beneficial but crucially, the successful candidate will evidence the following:

• A clear awareness of managing projects from brief to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management experience (internal and external).
• A good knowledge of, or clear passion to work in, a technology focused business.
• The ability to work across timezones within projects (global or international exposure is beneficial)
• Ideally has worked in a consulting environment but has exceptional communication skills to manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Preferably understands go-to-market strategies and how IT vendors develop relationships with their channel partners.
