We are currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor - Order & Claims Management to head up a newly formed team in Stockley Park, part of the EMEA Shared Services team of a major, international consumer goods corporation with a multi-billion dollar turnover.
First and foremost, we need someone with previous supervisory or management experience. You'll be supervising a multilingual team of 10+, so it would be advantageous if you have supervised at least 5+ people in a multilingual environment.
Additionally, foreign languages are a massive bonus (particularly French & Spanish).
We are open to the industry background, so can consider call centre managers; customer service team leads/supervisors, or those from AR/Credit Control environments - as long as you have experience of leading a team, training and development and ideally you'll have conducted quarterly/year-end performance reviews.
You'll still have hands-on involvement with daily operations for a couple of major clients, so should be happy also doing the day-to-day work, investigating claims/disputes relating to orders and deliveries to major business customers internationally.
