A well established company within their field are currently looking for a Trainer to join their team in Windsor on a full time, permanent basis.

Working within the training team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs and assessments across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing onboarding process for new starters
  • Ensuring training programs run smoothly and assist new starters with any queries that may arise
  • Supporting the review and creation of new training materials
  • Liaising with the wider team to ensure training programs are meeting the business expectations
  • Assisting new starters with side by side coaching during induction
  • Working alongside Training team to apply new technology and feedback into existing materials

The successful candidate will have previous training experience within a commercial/customer facing environment. You will have experience in creating training courses. In addition, you will have excellent communication and IT skills.
