Life Sciences Sales Manager

A global Life Sciences business is hiring a Sales Manager to head up a UK business development sales team. This is a fully remote based role however you should be based in the UK.

Working for an internationally renowned business, you will be leading a sales team who has consistently outperformed on their targets, working collaboratively as a team with a focus on maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships as well as developing new business from the innovative brand portfolio.  An innovative thinker, you will have proven expertise in planning and target setting for a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies in line with company’s goals and objectives
  • Implementing sales programs whilst analysing business trends
  • Leading a small team and provide professional development training as needed
  • Forecasting sales volume and profit


  • Educated to degree level in a life sciences related field
  • Strong background in a sales/ business development role within a R&D, clinical or a CRO environment
  • Excellent leadership skills with previous experience in managing a team
  • Good understanding of the drug development process
  • Excellent communication skills
