Logistics Coordinator

A global organisation working innovative life sciences research is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Germany, near Freiburg (Black Forest region).

Working within a fast paced, small and dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating international shipments to ensure these are delivered in a timely manner.

In addition, you will be:

• Liaising with customers and couriers to resolve any queries that may arise
• Negotiating courier fees and preparing shipping quotes for customers
• Managing import and export documentation and costs
• Ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on a timely manner

Ideal experience will see you having had exposure to managing customers’ orders within a supply team that would include dealing with international logistics. You will be an excellent communicator and be proactive towards taking initiative. A good knowledge of Excel and SAP skills is also desired.
