HR Project Manager

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a HR Project Manager to join their team in Uxbridge on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR projects from design to delivery ensuring these are in line with company goals
• Ensure a continuous process improvement all HR policies and processes
• Assess internal employee programmes and liaise with cross functional teams to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes
• Support on the implementation of HR strategies for the UK and Ireland
• Oversee change management across the team

Requirements

• Educated to a degree level in Human Resources and/or CIPD qualified (Level 7)
• Previous experience in a HR process design and implementation role ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to come up with innovative ideas to improve HR within the business and experience delivering this innovation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
