A global medical devices business is looking for a Product & Application Trainer to join their team. This is a field based based role however you should be based in/around Leeds.

Working for an internationally renowned business, you will be supporting new and existing customers by delivering product training for hospitals and healthcare departments around Leeds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide post-installation training to new and existing customers
  • Develop an effective training plan, utilising teaching aids such as handbooks, demonstration models and visual aids as needed
  • Ensure that all customers are proficient in the product use according to set procedures and standards
  • Coordinate refresher trainings and/or retraining as necessary

Requirements

  • Educated to a degree level preferably in Medical Engineering or Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Experience within an operating theatre background, such as a Scrub Nurse, is advantageous
  • Previous sales/customer service experience in a R&D, clinical or a CRO environment is preferred but not essential
  • Good IT skills
  • Team player with strong communication skills
