An opportunity has arisen to work within one of our Henley-On-Thames based clients in a Business Operations Manager role.

A family-run business, this well-established company has been on a growth path over the last several years. Capable of providing autonomy and opportunities to expand your background, this company is highly focused on the quality of care for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Integration of spreadsheets into the CRM
  • Assessing leads and profit/loss reports
  • Developing marketing content, digital and printed
  • Building relationships with target customers through social media


  • Previous experience in a similar broad scoped role (ideally in a small company environment)
  • Experience rolling out and providing training on a new CRM platform
  • Background/interest in construction or property/building maintenance is advantageous
  • Marketing experience including managing social media and email campaigns
  • Strong writing skills for content and copy creating
  • Great IT skills with Microsoft Office and CRM experience
  • Team player with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills
