Record-to-Report Accounting Analyst

Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Record to Report Analyst to join their team in Chester on a full time, 12-month temporary basis (35 hours per week). Hybrid working. 

You will be preparing, reviewing and coordinating on all accounting/tax related activities in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner
• Reviewing and providing analysis on R2R and open purchase order data
• Oversee month end processes
• Assisting with external audits
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and act as main point of contact for the assigned markets
• Responsible for process review and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Record to Report accounting experience
• Educated to degree level in accounting/finance or equivalent discipline
• German language skills highly advantageous
• AAT qualified/ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Good understanding of SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
