Financial Accountant

A well established travel company are currently looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team in Egham.

Joining their busy Finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial accounting processes according to UK GAAP standards.

Key finance activities and processes will include:

• Month-end and year-end using Navision
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• VAT submissions
• Accounts Payable invoices and expenses
• Travel Expense claims

In addition, you will generate financial reports and invoices to customers whilst ensuring all deadlines are met and any issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous Accountant experience preferably within an international organisation
• Educated to degree level in Finance or Economics
• Great knowledge of Navision is essential
• Excellent understanding of financial and accounting processes
• Knowledge of multi currency is advantageous
• Self starter individual with excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
