As HR Manager/Business Partner you will be looking to work in a team focused business where HR operates as a centre of excellence and a key priority is the provision of an engaged and proactive HR service. You will be looking to assist in enhancing and improving HR policies and processes as well as guiding Senior Managers on implementation and day to day queries. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a engaged and structured HR Service where supporting the staff on site is a key priority 
  • Implementing global HR policies at a site level
  • Support on the development of local metrics, policies and procedures
  • Talent development and talent/recruitment agency management
  • Regular engagement with internal stakeholders and management 
  • HR projects
  • HR administration


Key Skills

  • German HR experience
  • Experience at managerial/business partner level
  • Experience working in a structured business environment working within a project methodology setting
  • HRIS systems knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and self starter manner
