Our client, a specialist consultancy business is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join their existing team on a full time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will line manage a small team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of each stage of the project. In addition, you will be overseeing all projects within the team including analysis, data entry and the recreation of reports. The role may also include being the first point of contact for any queries that may arise which will involve developing strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management and preferably line management experience within an administrative setting. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have excellent customer service skills. In addition, you will have strong written communication skills and be confident in a client facing environment.
