Client Implementation Specialist

A global organisation working on the provision of innovative R &D services in to research organisations within drug discovery is looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to join their team.

Working for an internationally renowned business, you will be joining a European focused field services team who consistently delivers to the highest service and delivery standards. Focusing on the DACH region, you will support clients through the initial onboarding, installation and site support for specialist scientific products and equipment.

With a background in installation project management, field based support and ideally a specialism in robotics, this is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative business using cutting edge scientific equipment/services to enable pharmaceutical companies to create innovative drugs. 

This role is a remote role and can be worked from Austria or South Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide installation and onboarding support to new customers
• Project manage installations and on site visits to make sure installations are completed to the highest level
• Provide a phone/email based technical support service
• Customer training
• Complete all regulatory documents in line with cGMP and FDA requirements

Requirements

• Strong installation, project management, onboarding and technical support experience within the specialist scientific and laboratory equipment sector
• Qualification in Engineering, Robotics or Life Sciences
• A field based role with frequent travel, you will have a home office and be able to travel occasionally at short notice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in German is essential
