Our client, an innovative global business is currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. You'll provide expert guidance on all aspects of HR, from employee engagement to organisational development and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive the HR agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Lead on key HR projects, from workforce planning to culture transformation
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and succession planning
  • Support talent attraction and retention strategies, ensuring you attract the best in the industry
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture


Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist role within a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and inspire
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • In-depth knowledge of German employment law and HR best practices
  • Passion for driving cultural change and continuous improvement
