A well-established, manufacturing organisation is currently looking for a Senior HR Assistant to join their team in Slough on a permanent, full time basis.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR tasks including owning the HR administration process. Key focus areas will include:

  • Being involved with employee relation issues (ER case management)
  • Owning the recruitment function (direct sourcing and agency management)
  • Coordinating HR administration procedures including contracts, references and right to work checks (onboarding)
  • Assisting with payroll (salary changes, holidays, expenses)
  • Providing general HR support as needed

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable HR experience in a commercial background. A CIPD qualification is preferable (L3-L5). In addition, you will possess stakeholder engagement skills as well as being a meticulous individual with strong leadership skills.
