Our client, a successful software company specialising in the development of corporation tax software, is looking for a third level technical engineer to deal with escalated technical issues. Key responsibilities will include handling technical support calls, diagnosing issues and providing a quick and effective service to rectify the issue. This role will involve some travel to client sites as required. The successful candidate for this role will have Experience of supporting Citrix environments and packaging and implementing applications in a Xenapp environment. Strong MS SQL and Oracle database knowledge are essential as well as experience of Enterprise software installation and configurations You will be confident in supporting and troubleshooting an enterprise networked environment and you will be a business facing individual who has strong interpersonal skills.
